Pipette oil under the tongue.
Start with a low dose of 1-2 drops daily after food. Build up dropwise leaving 5 days between each increase. Can be used as a day or night product.
As Cannabinoids may interact with existing medication, we recommend a minimum 2-hour gap between taking Cannabinoids and other medicines.
Please consult your qualified healthcare professional regarding interactions or if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Made with Broad Spectrum CBD.
Cannabis 100 – Fight or Flight – is suitable for day or night use. There are also capsules in the Fight or Flight range.
The Cannabis 100 Fight or Flight consists of 100% CBD. CBD has been shown in studies to have a beneficial effect on people suffering with anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, post traumatic stress disorder and may help people have a calmer life. This is because of the way it interacts with the CB receptors in the brain. The CB1 receptors have an action on seratonin. Most people with anxiety take seratonin reuptake inhibitors, and it is thought that CBD has a similar effect to these, however without the side effects. That being said, it is never a good idea to take a patient or client off these SSRI’s without consultation with their healthcare professional. In fact to stop taking an SSRI suddenly can cause significant side effects and could cause the person to “crash”.
However, this supreme oil can be used for a wide variety of conditions and is a good entry level oil for almost any condition. The terpenes myrcene and beta-caryophyllene add additional anti-inflammatory and relaxing properties to the oil.
Myrcene, specifically B-myrcene, is a monoterpene and the most common terpene produced by cannabis. Aromatically it bears most resemblance to cloves, and is musky and earthy. A high level of myrcene in cannabis can be ultra-relaxing and soporific. Myrcene is found in oil of hops,
citrus fruits, bay leaves, eucalyptus, wild thyme, lemon grass and many other plants.
Myrcene has very particular medicinal properties amongst which are the ability to lower the resistance across the blood brain barrier. This will allow chemicals to cross the blood brain barrier more easily, including myrcene itself. When ingested within a cannabinoid, myrcene allows the effects
to take place more quickly and it has also been shown to increase the maximum saturation level of the CB-1 receptor, which allows for a substantially greater psychoactive effect. Its sedative and relaxing effects also make it ideal for the treatment of insomnia and pain.
Myrcene is a strong analgesic and has anti-inflammatory, antibiotic and anti-antimutagenic properties. It can block the action of certain carcinogens. A 2014 study focused on the role of myrcene in preventing peptic ulcer disease. The study revealed that myrcene acts as an inhibitor of gastric
and duodenal ulcers, suggesting it may be helpful in preventing peptic
Beta-caryophyllene is a natural bicyclic sesquiterpene that is a constituent of a great variety of essential oils, in particular Syzygium aromaticum (Cloves) but also found in cannabis, black pepper, cinnamon leaves, allspice, fig, pot marjoram and roman chamomile as well as in lavender, albeit in minor quantities. The aroma of caryophyllene is woody, spicy and peppery and it is unique in that it can not only be described as a terpene but also as a cannabinoid. This is because it is the only terpene known to interact with the endocannabinoid system (CB-2). It selectively activates CB-2 receptors and is a functional CB-2 agonist and yet these characteristics were only discovered as recently as 2008 by a team of German researchers.
It was further discovered that caryophyllene was a functional non-psychoactive CB-2 receptor ligand in foodstuffs and is a macrocyclic anti-inflammatory. Its ability
to fight inflammation and aid in the recovery to substance addiction holds further
promise that this important terpene may be medicinally extraordinarily valuable in the future.
